next: Svelte 5

This is going to take some time, considering there are multiple dependencies that will also need to be updated to Svelte 5 as well:

• - Bits UI - (next: Svelte 5 bits-ui#469)
• - Svelte Sonner - (next: Svelte 5 wobsoriano/svelte-sonner#116)
• - cmdk-sv (now Bits UI Command component) - (next: Command bits-ui#670)
• - PaneForge - (next: Svelte 5 svecosystem/paneforge#35)
• - Svelte Carousel - this is likely fine as is, I updated the way we handle our custom wrapper around the APIs to Svelte 5
• - Vaul Svelte - (next: Svelte 5 vaul-svelte#88)
• - Switch from Svelte Headless Table -> TanStack Table

Once Svelte 5 is out of RC and we feel good about the dependencies of the project. We'll be releasing an @next version of the CLI which will add the Svelte 5 components here in the coming days.
