This updates Section 2.4 of our bylaw, to clarify language around probationary member applications, as well as specifying what happens when a worker is eligible to apply, but by their own choice delay/decline their application.
The new language also aims to clarify what happens when a membership application is rejected. Under what conditions will employment be terminated, and when can the member re-apply.
