made the handling of the game more clear and apt and effective
Updated so that it changes the color of the winning cells and added hover animation on the cells added some border made it look neat and easy to understand

Added description to Handleclick(),checkWinner,Result function and made it concise and easy to understand and improved its code too.
Added Draw function so that it shows draw too.
Changed the CSS so that it shows the winning cells and added hover effect on the cells.
Added borders to the cell to make it look neat and clean and easy to understand.
