This is a simple branch to add a test for the function closed_form_network_propagation
This is in order for any change to be done to the function (for example, changing packages, versions, or upgrading to python3) there is a safe point that shows that it hadn't modified the expected output.
This also helps to understand sections of the code.
Also reformat network_propagation.py (one extra tab) but other than that no change was made.
