Version of parcel model used in the PhD thesis of Jaruga

This version contains:

• the initial release of the adiabatic parcel model with Lagrangian cloud microphysics and aqueous phase chemistry from libcloudph++
• unit tests for aqueous phase chemistry module in libcloudph++
• tests reproducing results from intercomparison study by Kreidenweis et al. 2003 (doi:10.1029/2002JD002697)
