If position joint controller or other controllers do not work, try installing the following:
sudo apt install ros-noetic-joint-*
rosrun tf tf_echo /world /end_effector
Valid positions:
[0.242, -0.234, -0.004] [0.335, -0.053, -0.005] top left position [0.218, -0.090, -0.003] middle bottom left
