Statslogger v0.4

Extension rewritten in Go.
SQLite added as a backup and persistent storage.
Changed default output position for the JSON files.
Hits are now tracked.
Works on both Windows and Linux

StatsLogger v0.1

Initial release that is stable and works.
Tested in a 110+ player one-life PvP mission.
