A step to generate coverage on an R package. Forked from Jim Hester. Best used with one of the inbobmk images. Uploads the coverage results to codecov.io.
In order for this to work you need to set a protected environment variable
CODECOV_TOKEN in your wercker project settings.

- use R CMD BATCH instead of Rscript
- don't silence codecov()
- assume that the
covrpackage is allready installed
- Use run_script function
- Always install github covr prior to running, and install devtools if needed.
