Initial Open Source Release

This is the first open source release of Offspring and the first release with fully functional Asset Exchange (on test net).

To use the Asset Exchange users should tick the checkbox on the login dialog that says "Connect to NXT test net (uses different wallet)" on checking that checkbox Offspring will use a different wallet file to hold your test accounts.
