Context
As the project grows and various IBC contracts become more interconnected and dependent on each other to function, writing tests requires importing and combining artifacts from different IBC packages. Currently, the testing modules aren't structured efficiently enough to allow reusability across these packages. This highlights the need for a shared library, which is named as
starknet_ibc_testkit, to house all the common types, configurations, and modules used across IBC packages.
