Hello :octocat:

Closes #1414

I'm adding a .bat file to start Apalache: apalache-mc/apalache#2980
This is so we can call this bat from Quint on quint verify if running on Windows, achieving the same seamless integration experience as we have in Linux.

I've noticed that Apalache keeps on running after Quint finishes, unless the cmd/powershell is closed. This is fine since Quint is able to connect to the running server if ran again. I don't know how to fix this problem as I have very limited knowledge on Windows stuff, and I'm trying to keep things simple. I guess, whoever notices and is bothered by this problem will have a better shot at fixing then I do 😛.

PS: I won't add this to the CHANGELOG yet as it depends on bumping Apalache to a version with the bat file, which doesn't exist yet.

  • Tests added for any new code
  • Documentation added for any new functionality
  • Entries added to the respective CHANGELOG.md for any new functionality
  • Feature table on README.md updated for any listed functionality
