We run an innovation playbook program for the State of California that features 6 Moonshot projects to achieve 10x outcomes for enterprise-wide challenges for California as they serve society. Enrollment is all-inclusive for government. This year we are involving the public as project champions, as recipients of government services. We view the champions as organizations that represent constituent communities. In that sense, we see tapping into society without restrictions, but your clause indicates we must be open to the "general public". It would be valuable for the State of California to have a regionalized approach with the City of Sacramento for innovation in government, but it appears our focus on specific enterprise-wide challenges and/or those from government and the private sector that have a specialization with these challenges could be too restrictive to meet your "general public" qualifications. Please advise. #28
