selftests: mptcp: rm userspace addr with random order

Previously, when deleting a userspace address and subflow, it was necessary to follow the current order of deleting the address and then deleting the subflow. With this series of changes, addresses and subflows can be deleted in any order. This patch uses random numbers to add this type of tests. Signed-off-by: Geliang Tang <[email protected]>
