fix dry mode #32

This PR add the following changes:

Updates the dry mode functionality for handling from bytes of sboms
And also added a space to save those sboms in the external dir if user provides the value of outputdir. This is intentionally done for testing purpose, to see those SBOMs. Currently it doesn't support external flag for output dir.
