This fix has been tested with an actual deployment and the endpoints were successfully provisioned using the elastic load balancer. |

This PR fixes #966. The solution was proposed in aws-load-balancer-controller: kubernetes-sigs/aws-load-balancer-controller#2692 (comment)
Updating the policy to match AWS API change solves the issue.
