Build process shouldn't crash if partial directories are left in examples folder #89

I ran into a really specific problem where my Phaser branch was leaving partial directories in the examples/ folder containing some source files from examples that will only compile with my Phaser support. So when I switch to the vanilla Fractive branch, the build fails when building examples. Anyway, this shouldn't change behavior at all in the main branch, it just solves an annoyance with managing branches in my fork. And it adds documentation to build/Build.js.
