Update GoogleMaps so it uses latest 7.x
Update Google-Maps-iOS-Utils so it uses latest 4.x
Set the versions on the Podfile too because there is a new GoogleMaps 8.x release and there will be a new Google-Maps-iOS-Utils 5.x and we don't want those because they require iOS 14+.
Also update the paths to Capacitor since with the lerna update the packages are now on the root.
