Update getting started started examples and link to them so they don't get outdated in the readme

Have you tried https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/writing-on-github/working-with-advanced-formatting/creating-a-permanent-link-to-a-code-snippet ? This looks nice

@thibault-martinez the permalinks have the commit included, so this will not be updated automatically
Do you want it anyways? I think it would still be better than before, since we actually checked the examples before, but they still can get outdated
