Adjustments:
- Coin collect numbers now are colored according to the Player's color
Fixes:
- Fixed Mega Mushrooms not retaining your item after shrinking
- Fixed running over 1-block-wide gaps being inconsistent (ice tunnel is back, rejoice)
- Fixed Big Stars sometimes being uncollectable
- Fixed Spectators counting towards Big Star spawning rates
- Fixed Spectators counting towards Player spawnpoint positions
- Fixed enemies not spawning at the start of a game if the host is a Spectator
- Fixed the pause menu's "Back" button having the wrong sprite when highlighted
- Fixed bumped Koopas/Spinys playing multiple sounds
- Fixed timer starting 2/3 seconds too early
- Fixed joining as spectator not working properly
- Fixed Players with zero lives being counted for item spawning chances
