As discussed offline and here, there doesn't seem to be anyone to continue to maintain the indexing dialect, so we drop it in favor of iteration speed of the remaining code. The
indexingtag points to the last commit that still contains the indexing dialect.@nicolasvasilache: any objections? (I couldn't add you as a reviewer for some reason...)
