The ./DATA_SORT sub-directory, contains processing scripts that are used to generate processed data that are then used by the python notebooks to make the figures for the paper, located in the ./figures sub-directory. The processed data that's used to make the figures can be found at https://doi.org/10.5065/p0vq-t219.
