Prerequisites:

The SDK Core calls the actual Platform API web service for the given Payload and APIProfile settings
In case of a higher version of Visual Studio, use the Visual Studio Conversion Wizard to target .NET Framework 2.0
To be added to .NET PayPal Stub SDKs
To be added to .NET PayPal Sample SDKs

log4net.dll - included in 'lib' folder in 'PayPal_AdaptiveAccounts_SDK' project log4net is a tool to help output log statements to a variety of output targets.
