Unable to Build Sub-Packages on ROS2 #9

I noticed that the GitHub Action for CI of NMPC (colcon) #8 is failing to build the sub-packages: nmpc_cgmres, nmpc_ddp, and nmpc_fmpc. Moreover, the test section only includes three tests.

I have checked the CI of NMPC (catkin) and found that it successfully builds the sub-packages and includes 36 tests.
