-Save & load now saves over rounds and games if it's the same map
-Menu access sticks over rounds and games
-Save loadout now saves over rounds and games
-Added option under "Self Options" to delete your current saved loadout
-Fixed players not being able to spawn after changing their team
-Fixed players not being able to be revived if they didn't yet spawn in in S&D
-Removed PS3-HEN support as it wasn't working and would give players black screen when loading the game
-Deleted Force host option as it wasn't working (use super force host eboot instead)
-Added option under "Lobby Options" to toggle your own playercard in the killcam
-Added option under "Players Menu" to ban people (needs testing)
-Toggle timer is now only available during azza
-Added "No camo" under "Camo Selector"
