[rtmros_hrp2] add .rosinstall for hrp2 and update README.

### Install
First, you need to install ros. For ros indigo, please refer to install guide like [here](http://wiki.ros.org/indigo/Installation/Ubuntu)

Init catkin workspace.
```
mkdir -p catkin_ws/src
cd catkin_ws
wstool init src
```

Update .rosinstall.
```
curl --user <your-github-username> -L https://raw.githubusercontent.com/start-jsk/rtmros_hrp2/master/rtmros_hrp2.rosinstall | wstool merge -t src -
```
If you install hrpsys from source,

Download source and build.
