Update Golang version and all dependencies except AWS as seemed to have a few breaking changes (#49).

remoteRef.nameto be required as it should be, and removesremoteRef.namespaceas this field has no meaning. Secret key selectors for ClusterSecretStore have a namespace field, the ExternalSecret resources themselves should not dictate the name or namespace of the credentials to use.
