Looks like we need to carefully merge the work, and there are some difference between the Rmd and md file. I'll try to tidy up the master branch and check again once I'm done. |

Thanks @mem48, and what I meant was to check my local versions too. So yes caution is good, I just cannot remember what I was doing back then. |
