flux: Update to 1.7.8, improve comments, simplify x11_session_check…

…, update `mangohud_fps_set` to set FPS limit in config directly, add checks before read/write to files using new functions, fix missing prefix in `$advice_on_option_error`, update `--help` text, rework combined options splitting, add `$advice_on_option_error` to `+lazy -hot` error message, fix a bug when daemon starts even if config is unreadable, rework INI value extraction algorithm and regexp related to that, simplify bad window detection in cache cleaning up algorithm, change priority of default config paths.
