If you want to configure the module with Indiana University CAS, please use the following settings:

Endpoint Appcode: ANY
Endpoint Login: https://cas.iu.edu/cas/login
Endpoint Logout: https://cas.iu.edu/cas/logout
Endpoint Validate: https://cas.iu.edu/cas/validate
Superuser Username: 'OpenMRS system username with administrative access' (usually has Developer Role)
Superuser Username: 'the password for the above username'
