This PR adds a quick start guide on using contrast agnostic model's pretrained weights with nnUNet. Detailed instructions are provided within the guide.

Is this the right location for this guide? Ppl working on the contrast-agnostic repos won't see this guide, hence it will be useless. Why not putting it in the contrast-agnostic repos instead?

Why not putting it in the contrast-agnostic repos instead?

I think I will eventually put it there. You're right! The contrast-agnostic repo is undergoing cleaning right now and I didn't think of putting it there. Once it has been tested, I will move the instructions to the contrast-agnostic repo
