[ThreadOpener] Allow Threads to be opened by bots and system messages

For threadopener is it just unable to open threads for other bot's messages? or is there a way to do that? It is a function I have been looking for and finally found it, but it doesn't work against bot generated messages (for me at least).

hello there @corvock , currently threadopener ignores bot and discord system messages however I could add an separate config option to listen to bots and discord system messages.

My use case is, I gave a bot that puts news in from RSS into a channel. I’d like to make it so users cannot post messages I to the channel, but a bot makes threads for each of the articles emitted and then the threads can live while there is discussion otherwise they will time out. Keeping the main channel a bit cleaner and conversation. More focused I’d like that as an option, but it doesn’t ruin my day if it isn’t there either.
