This pull request adds the option to enable the high-quality profile in mpv. This uses the ewa-lanczossharp kernel for upscaling and hermite for downscaling, which results in much sharper playback.
There's a separate option for enabling debanding. This is off by default (in contrast to mpv defaults) because it's not always necessary and harms image quality.
I also made the high quality option the default, but I don't know if that's the right call. This might fix #645
