Basic Installation of OTRS (Ubuntu) for lazy admins:

• otrs_install_ubuntu.sh

GIT post receive (or post merge) hook

• post-receive.pl Needs to be copied to .git/hooks/post-receive.pl and symlinked to post-receive and/or post-merge
