added a couple of functions and ability to open case that isnt a .pwb file (.raw file support)

…rame. The original assumes a .pwb case is being saved so the savecase functions need some editing the getparameters functions do not correctly return a dataframe because the fieldlists are able to be used as headers unless the data is transposed first.
