Finalize circuit designs and update schematic to pass Electrical Rules Check (ERC)

Previous Work

04-OCT-2018: Created proposals for three potential projects:

1. Electric Skateboard
2. Solar Cell Power Tester
3. Sound Level Meter

11-OCT-2018: Final Project Selected: Solar Cell Power Tester.

Electric Skateboard concept was determined to be too complex since we would need to design and build the boards. Their wasn't a really strong interest among the team in the Sound Level Meter concept.

18-OCT-2018: Developed formal requirements for Solar Cell Power Tester

25-OCT-2018: Created rough schematic based on Arduino Micro and Adafruit INA219 Current Sensor Breakout

28-OCT-2018: Created Product Design Specification
