Chartist is now installed via NPM #66 . Big ups to @brlodi! This should be fully backwards compatible, please file an issue if you find otherwise.

Note that the intention is to change how one consumes provided Sass for Chartist in the next major release. Paths will become "chartist/chartist.scss" and "chartist/settings/chartist-settings.scss".
