👋 Howdy, I'm Joselinne, a Mathematics major with a Data Science concentration from Hollins University!

🔭 I'm currently working on optimizing an RCAT algorithm from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. My focus on my thesis project is to incorporate alogorithmic fairness and tackle biases in current algorithm.

🌱 Throughout my time at Hollins, I have studied Data Science with the hopes of finding ways to integrate ethics into data analysis. I don't just have a degree in the data side of stuff, but also a degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences. My internships have allowed me to both write modules explaining algorithmic fairness, handle data safely and create clean data visualization through a well-crafted narrative.
