How to request support?

Before requesting support, you must follow these steps:

1 - In the configuration file set this option:

$nagMapR_Debug = 1;

2 - At the page of NagMap Reborn press the button Debug page:

3 - On the Debug Info page click the download button at the bottom of the page.

3.1 - If the download does not start, click as right mouse button and select "View source-code", copy and save the data to a txt file.

4 - Send an email to [email protected]

4.1 - Write in detail the problem you encountered, the more information and details the better.

4.2 - Write in Portuguese, English or Spanish. (As formal as possible)

4.3 - Put the file with the data in attachment.

This way the support process becomes faster.

The Debug Info page was created specifically to help identify issues and improve support, and its use is essential.
