A heartbeat monitor for the Sensor Watch Pro with the custom display. You just hardcore your birth year and tap the alarm button at the speed of your heart. I put my thumb on my wrist and press the button on the beat with my index finger. This method is quite accurate. It will then show if your heart rate is low, center or high in relation to your hr max.
