Updated to include a warning about theoretical priors creeping in when the parameter combination moves SP(k) outwith the range of the emulator
* Updated the astropy cosmo model with a cosmosis call to datablock_to_astropy * Improved the handling of parameters for the different options * Added in an error code for when SP(k) goes outwith its limits and returns Nans * Added comments * If the external fb-Mhalo file is provided all other params are set to None
