Wow new builtins and a list task

@luxbock added ~450 new dependencies and a list task that prints them to a table. It supports regex for filtering. He also performed significant refactoring in the add task, and added documentation and instructions for correct usage on malformed commands.

Wow things aren't killed

It's probably impossible for things to die. Writes aren't atomic yet, but it works reasonably well. There are tests and things too.

"Sharp corners" in this release:

• project.clj's without dependency keys throw errors
• abbreviations that aren't good are silently ignored

Wow a plugin

It appears to work. There are some issues with indentation, but I don't really care about that right now.
