Address #349.
Fixes the smearing of the peak in PF by using momenta after the crossing angle boost (from the ROOT file) to define the truth and target.
Also target/truth is now narrower, as we can in principle use st=1 particles more inclusively.
We add the calo and tracker hits of the daughters of the st=1 to the st=1 itself, so that at least in principle, the st=1 can always be reconstructed.
