This is a "Feature" pull request. I have added a search bar to the project page because I noticed just the vast amount of projects in the scope of the JPMC world and figured this feature would save users time and find the projects they are passionate to work on even faster.
I performed testing to make sure that the search function works as expected, and added error handling for when there are no results that is pretty straight forward just stating : "No results | Reload".
This is my first pull request so please let me know what I can improve on but I am exited to hear back.
