Prior login rate limiter and pre DB release

This release is made before the heavy lifting of the API and including a login rate limiter by @schnoog .
This version does not require any DB changes yet, future versions - including the API - will need some database changes, to work properly.

Other then that this version includes several fixes and changes in comparison to version 0.1.0 which was the very initial release.
And thanks a lot to all supporters who were actively helping to shape this version but either providing feedback, code changes and donations.

This is the first release of sqStorage to settle version confusion and to preprare for future changes and versions.
