What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Update existing tooling metadata of json-schema-library to reflect draft support of latest version v10.0.0.

Summary

With that latest released JSON Schema drafts 4 to 2020-12 are fully supported.

  • update draft support
  • consolidate both json-schema-library entries to new meta-data format
  • update tooling notes
  • keep name consistent to json-schema-library
  • add language typescript to reflect that types are exported
  • run format for consistent yaml-formatting

Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

No
