Updates :

• parameterizes a function to predict roughness (d84/d50) based on slope for each reach if more than one measurement is provided
• parameterizes a function to predict d16/d50 based on slope for each reach if more than one measurement is provided
• parameterizes a decreasing power function to predict the depth hydraulic geometry coefficient based on slope if more than one measurement is provided
• Creates a function for predicting D_max if more than one measurement is provided, otherwise calculates D_max as a factor of D_84 based on the single measurement.
