GENESPACE initial production release. Synteny, basic pan-genome annotation, dotplots and riparian plots. Vignettes available for the main pipeline and riparian plots.
Note this update (29-Oct 2021) updates default parameters to more effectively trim duplicate arrays in the pan-genome and replaces the 26-Oct release with the same title.
