For users of CILogon, the #682 config addition of
allow_allfor individual idps is like a bugfix - or a feature regression patch, because one kind of configuration that was possible in v15 wasn't possible in v16 any more. So, in a way this could be seen as 16.0.8 as well.I'm hoping to get this out together with a kubespawner release as soon as possible as its a quite big bug in z2jh currently via kubespawner that needs to be fixed.
