"gruImportSurfaceOFF" : now can be used in command line only (you just need to ok the boxes).
You can now input your canonical. The function also automatically loads the corresponding innersurface (WM) if you enter the outersurface (e.g.,GM) and vvs. It also sets the left hemisphere up for you if you input the right hemisphere with 'bothHemiFlag' and vvs.
"gruLoadAllROI" : loads all roi in a specified path and displays on you base anatomy in mrLoadRet.
