Add methods to programatically create SB algebras, and iterate through them.

Key functions are:

  • SBAlgFromSourceData; which returns a single SB algebra from the inputted source data (if possible)
  • SBAlgsFromOverquiverAndSourceDataLists, SBAlgsFromCyclesAndRadLength and SBAlgsFromNumVerticesAndRadLength; which return iterators (not lists) of SB algebras which match the inputted conditions
